
RATES
Below are details for retainer packages and for ad hoc work. The retainer option includes an initial consultation so that I can get to know you and your business to understand the ways I can support you and your goals going forward. There will then be a review around 6-8 weeks after I start working with you so we can discuss tasks that have been worked on up to that date and future tasks you need assistance with.
If you would like regular assistance and want to opt for the retainer package option, but aren’t sure initially how many hours you will need, that is no problem. You can start on the lowest package and then in due course upgrade to a different package if required


I use time-tracking software for all tasks and will keep you updated on the time used so that you are only paying for the time it takes.
Although most of my work is done ‘virtually’, I am also happy to discuss working with you face to face if required. Prices for this depend on location and the requirements of the work. Contact me to discuss a quote.
By having a Virtual Assistant you save money and time by avoiding employee tax deductions, holiday pay, sick leave and extra office supplies and equipment.
RETAINER PACKAGES
This is our most popular service as it guarantees you a certain number of hours each month. Perfect for those regular monthly admin tasks and helps you with budgeting. Packages start from 5 hours per month. As every Client’s needs and businesses are different please contact us to discuss your requirements so we can provide you with a quote.
Additional costs may be incurred for mileage, postage, stationery and printing but these are discussed with the client on an individual basis and charged at cost.
Work is tailored around each Client’s requirements and once work is agreed with you this is outlined and confirmed in the contract.
For retainer packages we ask for payment in advance at the beginning of each month, prior to any commencement of work.
If you sign up for a retainer package and require additional hours these extra hours will be charged at the same hourly rate.
Please note any unused hours cannot be carried over to the next month and will still be charged for unless agreed otherwise.

AD HOC SUPPORT
Ad hoc support is charged at £38 per hour. We will only charge for the time spent so if a task takes 30 minutes that is what we charge for.
For ad hoc support we invoice you on completion of work and ask for payment within 7 days.
